The Government Financial Management Innovators Circle (GFMIC), Inc., originally known as the Electronic Financials Users’ Circle (EUC), Inc., is a non-stock, non-profit association registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on July 15, 2008. Our membership includes users of not only the e-NGAS and e-Budget systems but also other financial management information systems. The organization adopted its current name, GFMIC, on February 21, 2019, to better reflect our broader scope and objectives.
